Chef Shijo
As an immigrant from the Kerala region of India, Shijo was thrilled to share his mastery of indian cuisine with Vancouver. Shijo has perfected his craft over the years as a member of the 5-star restaurant elite; one of a small number of top-chefs that cater to the highest rated restaurants. We are absolutely humbled to have him on our team as we believe his delicious food has become a part of the Desi Dosa name.
Premila Prasad
Part of the founding family, Premila is joined here by chef Shijo Jose (her left). After the passing of her beloved husband and restaurant owner Pathmaraj Prasad, Premila and her son Praneal work passionately to carry on the legacy that he created.
